Step 2: Get your trip planned

Based on your input, we’ll match you with a skilled Safari Expert who knows your desired destinations, activities, and accommodations. You’ll receive an email introduction within 24 hours (48 on weekends). Your Expert will learn about your preferences and share resources to create your perfect trip.

Step 3. Perfecting Your Plan

Your Africa Safari Expert will craft personalized itinerary options for your joint review. Feel free to provide feedback; together, we’ll meticulously adjust each detail until it perfectly aligns with your vision. Any concerns? We’ll address them – no need to fret. The outcome will be an enchanting trip that truly sparks your imagination.

Step 4. Secure Your Spot

Once you’ve chosen your favored itinerary, your Safari Expert will reserve all trip components (excluding flights). These provisional bookings are held for approximately two weeks before being opened to other interested travelers, allowing you a window for final adjustments. As ideal accommodations can fill up swiftly, it’s best not to delay! A 30% deposit confirms all services (accommodations, road transfers, etc.), solidifying your reservation. We’ll then validate your trip with suppliers and share essential travel details.
